Today is a great day, a day that will stay with me for a long time to come, a day filled with nothing but sunshine and happiness, for today my brand spanking new Bigtrak arrived!!

Unboxing this bad boy took me straight back to my childhood, one cold Christmas morning in the 80′s (I am that old). Fond memories of ripping open the cardboard box, carefully removing the Bigtrak, sticking on the supplied decals and spending days sending it around the house; much to the annoyance of my parents.

Sadly, as with most of my toys, that Bigtrak has long since perished but not to worry because I’ve only bloody well got a new one! How have I managed to get my grubby paws on it you say? Easy, they’ve been re-released!

I’ve struggled to get some time to play with it yet, my children have had that pleasure but they can’t stay awake forever and then it’s my turn!
